Auction Policies

• All vehicles listed on eBay are for sale on the retail lot and are subject to early sale. We make the price available to all eBay customers for opportunity to purchase early as well.
• We do accept trade ins. However, vehicles must be brought to dealer lot in Harrisburg for appraisal prior to end of auction. If not able to bring to dealer for appraisal, no trade will be accepted due to the lower price that eBay generally brings.
• Please have money in bank and financing pre-approved prior to bidding.
• Deposit of $500 required within 24 hours. If payment is not received, we will move to the next bidder and file negative feedback. Payment is required in full within 3 days of the close of auction or when picking up vehicle with in the week. Deposit is required to lock in the price.
• We will fax a car-fax report on the last 3 days of the auction on any vehicle listed. Please email your fax number to affordablecarsandtrucks@yahoo.com.
